Heather is the most seasoned employee, having worked for Ryan’s since April of 2004.  Her experience with our customers, products, and staff has enabled her to become a valued Assistant Manager.  

Heather focuses on stocking our West Coast and Imports sections, which comprise nearly half the store.  Thus, Heather is the “go-to” person for customers and staff alike for these sections.  In addition to these duties, Heather also runs the register, assists customers, and finds room on the shelves for the never ending stream of new products.  Her friendly and jubilant demeanor put customers at ease and make the staff feel at home.  “I’m a people person,” Heather tells us.  “I enjoy interacting with our regulars.”

Heather earned her Wine & Spirits Education Trust Level II certification in 2009.  She’s been able to attend many industry wine tastings in Rochester, and recently attended a major wine convention in New York City.  A fan of local wine, she’s gone to many local wineries including Billsboro, Ventosa and Torrey Ridge.
