In-Store/Curbside Pick-Up: Please allow at least one hour for your order to be fulfilled before arriving for pick-up. If your order is placed after 5:00 PM on Monday – Saturday, or 4:00 PM on Sunday, your order will be processed the next morning. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders take a minimum of 24 hours to process in addition to shipping time. We will contact you via email when your order is ready to be picked up, or if you are having the order shipped, we will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If an item is out of stock, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be filled. If an item has a limited supply or has a longer lead-time to fill, we will contact you within 48 hours of when you placed your order.
Do you offer store pickup?
We do! Online, we allow “In Store Pickup” as a shipping option at checkout for shipping zip codes within a 60 mile radius of our Canandaigua store! If you’re from further out of the Finger Lakes area and would like to pick it up, please call us to make arrangements for the pickup over the phone.
Where can you ship my order?
Due to the numerous US State laws regarding the sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages, we are presently only able to ship to the following States:
New York, Florida, and Washington, DC.
Dry Counties: Please note that if you live in a dry county, your order will not be shipped. For future information, please check with you local state or county.
