Grown on the southeastern slopes of Seneca Lake by John Leidenfrost, this special release riesling is 100% barrel fermented for eight months in neutral French oak giving a weighty mouth-feel and roundness on the palate. Billsboro Winery sits on 28 acres overlooking the northern end of Seneca Lake. Surrounded by century old walnut trees, terraced fields, and a deep wooded ravine, the idyllic setting sets the stage for wine lovers to enjoy. They offer wine tasting and a lovely restaurant where you can enjoy delicious foods while taking in the scenery and, of course, the wines.
