100% Gamay from Beaujolais. Delicate white flower aromas dominate the nose. On the palate, the wine is soft, fresh, long and expressive with fruity flavors.
“Rosé d’une nuit” gets its name from its vinification. To keep the pale pink colour, the maceration has to be short and so doesn’t allow the winemaker to get a full night’s sleep. Slow fermentation with low temperatures gives delicate fruitiness.
To accompany fresh salads, fish, shell fish, goat’s cheeses and cold cuts.
